Terms and Conditions PP6 — Guidelines Platform Users Malaysia

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and PP6 ("Platform", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the PP6 website, mobile app, games, deposit and withdrawal services, and all other features provided by PP6.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or simply browsing the PP6 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use PP6's services.

1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the PP6 platform in any way, including browsing our website, downloading our app, or registering as a member, you expressly and implicitly accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

Acceptance of these Terms also constitutes your acceptance of Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy PP6, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and our platform.

• These Terms are binding from the moment you first use the PP6 platform
• Continued use is considered ongoing consent to all Terms
• PP6 reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any user who violates these Terms
• The Bahasa Melayu version of these Terms is the authoritative version applicable to users in Malaysia

2Account Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the PP6 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception. PP6 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and may suspend or terminate your account if any eligibility requirement is found to be unmet.

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. PP6 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards registration by underage individuals.
• One Account Only: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at PP6. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed.
• Accurate Information: All information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a serious violation of these Terms.
• Identity Verification (KYC): PP6 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including national ID, passport, or other supporting documents, before processing a withdrawal.
• Permitted Regions: The PP6 platform may only be used by individuals located in permitted regions. It is entirely the user's responsibility to ensure that use of the platform is lawful in their location.

3Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

PP6 provides a variety of safe and convenient deposit and withdrawal methods for members in Malaysia. All financial transactions on the PP6 platform are processed through a payment gateway protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit Rules:

• The minimum deposit is RM 20 for all available payment methods
• All deposits are credited to your account instantly once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider
• PP6 does not charge any additional fees for deposits — however, your payment provider may apply separate charges
• Deposits must be made using an account or digital wallet registered in your own name
• PP6 reserves the right to decline or place on hold any suspicious deposits for AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance purposes

Withdrawal Rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction
• Withdrawals are processed according to your VIP membership tier — Diamond members receive processing within 3–5 minutes
• The bank account or digital wallet used for withdrawals must be registered under the same name as your PP6 account
• PP6 reserves the right to request additional KYC documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits
• Any attempt to circumvent the bonus wagering requirement before making a withdrawal will result in the withdrawal being placed on hold until the review is completed

4Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

PP6 offers a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each bonus and promotion is subject to its own wagering requirement, which must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

• Wagering Requirement: Every bonus received carries wagering requirements clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. Please review the specific terms of each promotion before claiming a bonus.
• One Active Bonus: Only one bonus may be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus before the current bonus's wagering requirements are met may result in the cancellation of the previous bonus.
• Betting Limit While Bonus is Active: When a bonus is active, the maximum bet per game is RM 20 unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games are eligible to contribute toward bonus wagering requirements. The list of excluded games is stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Unused bonuses or unmet wagering requirements within the specified period will expire automatically without any compensation.
• Bonus Abuse Prohibition: PP6 uses an advanced detection system to identify bonus abuse. Any attempt to exploit the bonus system will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.

5Game Rules and Fairness

PP6 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and unbiased gaming environment. All games on the PP6 platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited by accredited third-party certification bodies.

• The outcome of all games is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by either PP6 or players
• Any attempt to hack, cheat, or manipulate game outcomes through technical or other means will result in immediate account closure and legal action
• The use of bots, automated software, or any assistive tools is strictly prohibited
• Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited
• PP6 reserves the right to void any bets or games that occur as a result of technical errors or system faults

6Account Security and User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your PP6 account, including your password and all login credentials. PP6 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

• Password Confidentiality: Never share your password with anyone, including PP6 support staff. PP6 staff will never ask for your password.
• Instant Notification: If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the PP6 support team immediately via Live Chat.
• Secure Device: Always log out of your PP6 account when you are done playing, especially when using a shared device.
• Latest Updates: You are responsible for ensuring your account information remains accurate and up to date at all times, including your phone number and email address for verification purposes.

7Account Closure and Suspension

PP6 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time with or without prior notice if the user is found to have violated these Terms and Conditions, or for the following reasons:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process
• Owning multiple accounts under the same or different names
• Bonus or promotion abuse
• Attempted fraud, hacking, or game manipulation
• Abusive or threatening behaviour directed at PP6 support staff
• Money laundering activities or suspicious financial transactions
• Request by law enforcement agencies

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the PP6 customer support team. Any valid balance in the account will be refunded once all reviews are completed, subject to fulfilment of the relevant wagering requirements.

8PP6 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by law, PP6 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes
• Disruption of platform access due to technical maintenance or factors beyond our control
• Data loss due to device or network failure on the user's end
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals due to third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers

9Amendment of Terms and Conditions

PP6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest terms.

The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of the PP6 platform after any amendment is published constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.

If any significant amendments are made that affect your rights as a user, PP6 will endeavour to provide notice via email or in-app notification, although this does not constitute an absolute obligation.
